General information
You can access your room from 14.00 on the day you arrive.
If you expect to arrive after 18.00, please let us know.

No price deduction for meals not taken. No refunds given for services not taken.

On the day of your departure, we would ask you to vacate your room by 11.00, otherwise we will have to add a surcharge of 50% of the listed price. In the event of premature departure or delayed arrival, we will charge 70% of the listed price.

Cancellation insurance: Do you want to play it safe and go on holiday without any worries, if so, we can offer you holiday cancellation insurance for €2 per person and day.

When a room is reserved or cancelled, the Austrian Hotel Trade terms and conditions as issued by the Hotel Association (Österreichische Hotelvertragsbedingungen des Fachverbandes der Beherbergungsbetriebe) shall apply.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Cash payment in any currency, which we convert at the normal bank exchange rate
Payment with electronic EC card, Visa or Master Card.
• We make a deduction of €10, when you spend a night and take breakfast.
Single occupancy: Prices on request.
We charge €15 for full board.
• Pets welcome. The charge (for dogs) is €15 per day - no food supplied.
• We request a deposit of € 150,- per person.
